For B2B SaaS founders

Content marketing for bootstrapped SaaS founders — without hiring an agency.

One LinkedIn caption and one blog post a week, written in the voice you already use when you write to your customers. We train on what you’ve shipped — your site, your changelog, the customer emails you reply to on a Sunday night.

How it works

Three steps. From intake to weekly posts.

The same pipeline every client goes through. What scales is the volume and the channels — not the steps.

  1. 01

    Intake

You send the brief — site, newsletter, audience, and the channels you actually publish on. Ten fields, three minutes. We reply within one working day.

  2. 02

    Voice learning

We train the model on what you already publish — not invented from a template. Names sound like your names. Sentences run at your length. The voice lands in days because we are starting from you.

  3. 03

    Weekly posts

One LinkedIn caption and one blog post a week, editor-signed, posted to your approval queue before a single keystroke ships. Cancel any week. No contracts.

Sample output

A voice that doesn’t sound like a wire service.

Same founder voice across a 240-word blog excerpt and a LinkedIn announcement. Real numbers, real trade-offs, no adjective stacking.

For most of last year, we wrote one launch post a week for this SaaS. Forty-eight weeks in a row, the same structure: hero image, ten feature bullets, a customer quote pulled from a Slack thread, a CTA at the bottom. They averaged 240 unique readers and zero new sign-ups.

Then I looked at the inbound that was actually converting. The seven sign-ups we got in April had all arrived from blog posts I would have called boring at the time. Posts with titles like “Why our pricing changed twice” and “What I got wrong about onboarding in the first month.” Posts where I named the specific trade-off — not the specific feature.

I rewrote April’s content calendar to mirror that. We cut the launch posts entirely. We replaced them with one to two posts a week answering a question a customer had actually sent us in the last month, sourced from email rather than from a calendar brainstorm. In the next quarter we added six paying customers on zero paid acquisition.

Three years in. We crossed $11k MRR last Tuesday, and I want to write down what it actually took to get there. The honest version: month six was a $400 payout month, and I spent March through June of last year cold-emailing fourteen prospects a day. Six of them replied. One signed up. That single account funded two more months of writing.

We never hired an agency. We never did paid acquisition. The pipeline was one blog post a week, two LinkedIn captions, one customer call on Friday mornings. Three years of doing the same small thing. What changed at month thirty was the change in subject: I stopped writing the launch posts I’d been told to write, and started writing the ones I’d actually send to the friend who runs a logistics firm in Sheffield. That cut impressions in half and tripled reply rate.

Social proof

What founders say after a month.

We were one launch post away from hiring a freelancer for the third time this year. After a month on Starter the calendar is full and the voice still sounds like ours. The editor comments in the doc are the part I’d have paid a hire for.

The first LinkedIn caption came back sounding like a real person wrote it. The second one too. By the third week I stopped reading the drafts as carefully because I trusted the queue.

Real quotes from active accounts. Names on the brief.

The next step

Three minutes. Send the brief.

Ten fields, the channels you already publish on, one example of copy you wish you had written. We come back with a 1,000-word test draft in your voice before you commit to anything.
