How it works

Three steps. From intake to inbox.

The same pipeline, every time. What scales is the volume and the channels — not the steps.

  1. 01

    Intake

You send the brief — site, newsletter, audience and the channels you actually publish on. Ten fields, three minutes. We reply within one working day.

  2. 02

    Brand-voice model

We train on what you already publish — your site, your archive, your reviews. The voice lands in days, not weeks, because we are not starting from scratch.

  3. 03

    Human editor review

A senior marketer reviews every draft before it reaches you. You see final copy, not raw output to fix yourself.

Sample output

A working voice, end to end.

Same voice across a 240-word blog and a LinkedIn caption. No tone drift, no AI slop — written in the voice the customer actually publishes in.

For most of November, our workshop is full of the same five repairs. Brake pads that ground through in the wet, chains that stretched over the summer and never got checked, rims that took a knock off a kerb and are starting to skip under load. None of them are exotic. None of them need a new bike.

We stock the parts because we know they’re coming, and we tell customers the same thing every year: a £65 winter service booked in December usually saves the £220 hub rebuild that shows up in March when nobody bothered to look at the bike again.

We started sending a short reminder note to every customer who bought from us in the last three winters. Half of them booked. The other half ride past the shop in spring with a brake that still squeals.

Sales are strong this week, and the reason is one nobody likes to say out loud. The weather turned, and every rider who postponed a service booking in October is suddenly standing in the queue. We can run four more bikes through the workshop before Christmas close-down. If you’ve been meaning to book, this is the week. Link in the comments.

The next step

Three minutes. Send the brief — we come back with a voice model in days.

One paragraph, one example of copy you love, the channels you actually publish on. We’ll come back with a 1,000-word test draft in your voice before you commit to anything.
